Irina seems to allude to her recent breakup with Kanye West while describing why she chooses to keep her personal life private. She gave the statement to the outlet, “Tomorrow there is going to be a rumor that I’m dating my doorman, OK? Then after tomorrow, it’s going to be someone else. Look, there’s always something there, and I’m just keeping it to myself.”
Irina Shayk is a Russian actress. In 2010, while shooting with Kanye West on his music video “Power”, the duo met each other. They fueled romance suspicions when they were sighted together in France in June, more than a decade later.
In June, a source exclusively told Us Weekly that West “always thought Irina was beautiful” adding that the two were “both looking forward to seeing where this goes.” Before photos of their European excursions made headlines, a second insider stated that the couple had “been secretly seeing each other for a couple months.” The romance didn’t last long, though, as Us reported in August that the “Stronger” singer and the Russian model had put their relationship on hold. However, Shayk has always remained tight-lipped about her time with West.
“Kanye and Irina are no longer together, although they never truly started,” a source revealed. “Nothing is going on over there.” The insider stated, “They will always remain friends and support each other’s efforts.”
Kanye West recently parted ways with ex-wife Kim Kardashian after being married to Kim for nearly 7 years. The rapper has four children with Kardashian, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. She told Highsnobiety, “He’s a full on, hands on parent, no babysitter. I didn’t phone them once while Lea was on vacation with him for almost two weeks.”
