In his early days, Daniel decided to put his marketing degree into practice and served as a telemarketer for a short duration. Then, he quit the job and decided to follow his passion of becoming a stand-up comedian.

After that, Daniel started appearing in a comedy club circuit between the years 1997-2000, and he was so famous that he even performed on Late Show along with David Letterman. “rape jokes are never funny”. 

Tosh again replied that it would be funny if the audience member herself get raped by multiple men. The debated runner for a long time, but, later Daniel apologized for that joke. His hit show “Tosh.0” premiered on Comedy Central on June 5, 2009. The show was based on showcasing Internet video clips.
