Bradley James Parscale was born on January 3, 1976, in Topeka, Kansas, to Dwight Parscale (Officer and lawmaker) and Rita Parscale (businesswoman). His father, Dwight Parscale, owned a restaurant but later became the CEO of NewTek. This company created video equipment and tools and visual imaging software for personal computers in both live and post-production processes, and His mother, Rita Parscale’s a small business owner.
His father, Dwight Parscale, was the Officer in charge of the Attorney General and served as Congressman at the age of 28 in 1974.
From a very early age, Brad was a computer hobbyist, and from his infancy, he also was good at basketball. Growing up, Parscale studied at Shawnee High School in Tecumseh, Kansas, and moved to Texas for further study. 6 ft. 8 inches tall Parscale was a high school level basketball player for Shawnee Statures Secondary School.
