by Former actress Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, announced on her 40th birthday asking her 40 celebrity friends to help women to return to work after the COVID 19 pandemic. She is celebrating her 40*40 new Archewell Charitable Campaign where she is promoting mentorship to women who want to work after the pandemic.
The campaign was launched through a video funnily, She said as she is turning 40 she wants her 40 friends to donate their 40 minutes of their time to help the woman who wants to get back into the workforce, she also mentioned that “if we all do it, and all commit 40 minutes to some sort of act of service, it will create a ripple effect” she added.
Bollywood Actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas is also part of the 40*40 Project as she is known to be friends with Duchess. Priyanka wished Meghan through her Instagram handle and also praised her friend for this campaign. She posted a post on her Instagram which says “FOR WOMEN WHO GIVE EVERYTHING WE GIVE OUR TIME ARE YOU IN?” the post got more than 200,000 likes.
Meghan also says that over 2 million women only in the US have lost their job and more than 10 million worldwide, so this is some sort of service and a little effort to bring back their jobs.
