Kourtney Kardashian did just that on Saturday, August 14, when she debuted her new style. The 42-year-old Poosh founder flaunted her new hairstyle in a series of Instagram photographs. She only put a simple scissors emoji to the caption. Kardashian’s waist-length locks were cropped to just above her shoulders in the photos. The lob (also known as a long bob) is a significant shift for the reality TV star, who has sported long hair for the most of her career. Even her shorter appearances don’t usually go past her shoulders.
Travis Barker, her boyfriend, likes the new look. He commented on the post, “You’re perfect.”
The California native debuted a new haircut earlier this month. Kardashian stated Barker, 45, gave her a haircut after revealing a photo of her hacked-off hair on the floor. The haircut was one of several ways they passed the time during their 10-day quarantine together.
Despite the fact that the singer of “All the Small Things” had her hair cut several inches shorter, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star still had long locks. Her mane still covered her breast as she debuted the style in a topless photo.
She didn’t appear to trust the Blink-182 frontman with the large cut. On Friday, August 13, Kardashian tagged hairstylist Peter Savic in an Instagram Story. On a table, she merely displayed the stylist’s scissors and a strand of her hair. Despite the fact that Barker was not offered a permanent position as her hairstylist, their relationship is still going strong after they began dating in late 2020.
“Their relationship has been more serious over the past two months,” a source exclusively told Us after the drummer published sensuous Instagram photographs to honour his girlfriend’s birthday in April.
“Travis’ Instagram post was simply him trying to let everyone know how passionate he is about her. They adore one other, and their chemistry is out of this world.”
The approval of each other’s families, including their children, is a given. Kardashian and ex-husband Scott Disick have Mason, 11, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 6, while Barker and ex-wife Shanna Moakler have Landon, 17, and Alabama, 15.
Despite the fact that the Disick children do not have their own public social media accounts, Kardashian has shared photos of her children interacting with Barker. Penelope was given a drum kit for her birthday in July, and the musician taught her how to play.
Meanwhile, Barker’s children have taken to Instagram to express their support for their father’s relationship. Alabama referred to the actress as “my stepmom” in a July Instagram video, and Landon referred to their connection as “real love” in an April Instagram comment.
