The two were initially linked in December 2020, when they were seen getting takeout in West Hollywood together. On Devermont’s birthday earlier this month, the Sin City actress paid tribute to him on Instagram, but she was absent from the photo.
She wrote at the time, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY SENNY!” “Here are a couple quotes about who you are and why we are so fortunate to know your heart.” She then added quotes from Ralph Waldo Emerson and Albert Schweitzer to Mr. Checkpoint, a Devermont-founded organisation that publicises the locations of police roadblocks.She also tagged Devermont in a photo with her 7-year-old son, James Knight, that same month. She captioned the photo of her son napping in Devermont’s lap, “Whenever you’re ready.”
King has an estranged husband, Kyle Newman, with whom she shares two sons James Knight, 7 and Leo, 6. After nearly 13 years of marriage, the model filed for divorce from the director, 45, in May 2020. She also obtained a temporary restraining order against Newman at the time, prohibiting him from approaching her within 100 yards.
Since then, the filmmaker has filed for sole physical custody of the couple’s two sons, making their breakup even more complicated. According to court filings obtained by US Weekly in September 2020, Newman claimed that King had “emptied and closed” their shared bank accounts, leaving him “with minimal access to funds.”
Newman and his current girlfriend, Cyn, made their Instagram debut late last year (real name Cynthia Nabozny). She gave birth to the couple’s first child, a son called Etienne, in February.
